My Journey

My journey has always been rooted in ingredients.

For years, I’ve worked closely with ingredients that are real and meaningful. Not just interesting, but supported by science and able to genuinely improve our health.

Over time, I began to notice something.

If we are so intentional about what we put into our bodies,
what about what we put onto our skin?

As a career woman and a mother, I found myself drawn to simplicity. Beauty had to make sense. It had to fit into real life.

I began to ask:
What really matters when it comes to skin?
What truly makes healthy skin?

That question became CAREiS.

A brand not built on promises or trends,
but on supporting skin in a way that is calm, balanced, and truly healthy.

To me, that is what completes the idea of
beauty from the inside out.
