Return / Refund Policy

For International Orders, kindly contact us at hello@careis.com.my for shipment charges before making your payment. We will advise you accordingly before you proceed to check out.

• All purchases will only be delivered upon full payment and clearance either via credit card or manual transfer into our designated Malaysian Bank Account.
• Return of goods will not be entertained except in cases where goods were damaged during transit. In such cases, the damaged goods will have to be returned to CAREiS and we will forward a replacement at the soonest possible time subject to immediate availability.
• All goods once sold are non-refundable.
• Terms and Conditions can be changed by CAREiS as deemed fit without prior notice.

Shipping / Fulfilment Policy

Deliveries will be made within 1-3 working days from the time of successful order. In instances where there are special requests, delivery lead-time will be subject to availability but Fine Foods will keep customers well informed of their status of order if there is any delay. Terms and Conditions can be changed by CAREiS as deemed fit without prior notice.
